JAKARTA - At Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2023 which was held on June 5, the tech giant announced the launch of its new Mixed Reality (AR) device, Apple Vision Pro.

At the same event, Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger also went on stage to announce Disney's involvement in presenting Disney film, show, and sports entertainment to Apple's VR device.

In his remarks, Iger also ensured that movie streaming services and Disney+ TV shows will be available on the new Apple Vision Pro when it launches.

"We are very proud to be back partnering with the world's largest storytelling company with the most innovative technology company in the world to bring you the wonders of real life," Iger said during keynote.

"These are just a few ways we can bring Disney to your world with the Apple Vision Pro and we look forward to sharing more in the coming months," he added.

Meanwhile, Apple will sell its AR headset for $3,499, equivalent to IDR 51 million, and will be available for purchase in early 2024.
