Irish Bella Officially Divorced From Ammar Zoni, Gets Custody And Children's Nafkah Of IDR 10 Million

JAKARTA - The divorce trial of Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni has finally reached the decision of the panel of judges. The decision, which was read electronically, stated that Irish Bella's divorce suit was granted by the Depok Religious Court judges.

This was conveyed directly by the Public Relations of the Depok Religious Court, M. Kamal Syarif, who confirmed the decision hearings of Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni.

"From the results of the examination in court and based on the facts at the trial, the panel of judges has tried and the verdict has been determined. A lawsuit was filed from the plaintiff, Irish Bella, then handed down by 1 bain sugro defendant Ammar Zoni to the plaintiff Irish Bella," said M. Kamal Syarif at the Depok Religious Court, Thursday, February 1.

In addition to granting the divorce suit, the panel of judges also granted the child custody demands filed by Irish Bella. The judge decided that their two children's custody fell to the mother.

"Then it was also granted regarding the custody of children, two children, legally determined by Irish as the custody holder of the two children," continued Kamal Syarif.

Furthermore, the panel of judges also decided that Ammar Zoni still had to provide a living of Rp. 10 million to his children outside of education and health.

"Then besides that, regarding the child's living, it was granted, so he punished the defendant Ammar to provide a child's living of Rp. 10 million, so the two children were outside of education and health," he concluded.
