President Director of Sucofindo Jobi Triananda said that the proximity of the location is expected to be able to provide efficiency to customers, especially in terms of time.

"With the existence of laboratories in the operational area of PT BIB, it will accelerate the testing process and assist services to PT BIB. In addition, PT Sucofindo also presents reporting and test analysis results through the reporting system application that is integrated with PT BIB's digital system and dashboard," said Jobi quoting Antara.

Jobi added that currently the laboratory focuses on testing capabilities with full analysis parameters for coal commodities.

In addition to the need for testing coal commodity laboratories, Sucofindo supports PT BIB in ending to end the main business operational process with inspection, testing, certification, consulting and training services, monitoring of environmental conditions, and good mining governance.

Operational Director of PT. Borneo Indobara R. Utoro said that with a test laboratory close to the company's operational area, it is hoped that it can assist PT BIB in achieving the Turnaround Time (TAT) target or the time needed to complete a process or meet demand, which has been targeted by PT BIB in the company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
