BULUNGAN - PT Kayan Hydro Energi (KHE) is targeting construction of the first dam for the Kayan Cascade Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) to begin next year.
KHE Operations Director Khaerony explained that the hydroelectric power plant, which will have a total capacity of 9,000 megawatts (MW), has entered the diversion channel construction stage.
