The Mataram District Attorney (Kejari) issued a letter of termination of investigation (SP3) in the alleged corruption case of advocacy service cooperation funds at the regional public service agency (BLUD) of the North Lombok Regional General Hospital (RSUD).

"Yes, we have stopped the investigation into the case," said Head of the Mataram Kejari Intelligence Section Harun Al Rasyid in Mataram, NTB, Thursday, March 21, confiscated by Antara.

Harun said that investigators were aware of the return based on a report from the North Lombok Inspectorate.

Previously, the Head of the Mataram District Attorney's Office, Ivan Jaka, said that the problem in this case was related to the alleged regional budget expenditure that was not in accordance with the rules.

The regulation is related to a work contract for advocacy services at the North Lombok Hospital BLUD which was allegedly without the regent's approval.

During the investigation, the prosecutor revealed allegations that the work contract for advocacy services was determined by the BLUD management by directly appointing lawyers individually.

The work contract for advocacy services at the BLUD of the North Lombok Hospital, which is suspected of having problems, took place from 2016 to 2021.
