TKN Explains Gibran's Strategy To Overcome Education And Job Problems For Indonesia's Gold

JAKARTA - Member of the Expert Council of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN), Bima Arya Sugiarto, explained the strategy of the candidate for vice president number 2, Gibran Rakabumi Raka in overcoming educational problems and creating jobs.

According to him, Gibran, who had attended a school in Singapore, understood that the key to the progress of civilization was very dependent on the readiness of human resources (HR).

"The failure of Singapore to become a developed country is strongly determined by the leadership regeneration system. The task of today's leaders is to prepare future leaders. The quality of a leader is also determined to what extent he thinks of regeneration. This is the hallmark of visionary leaders," Bima said in a written statement, Thursday, December 28.

Bima said that Gibran controlled data and problems in the field in terms of links and match between job opportunities and education curriculum and the availability of labor.

Armed with experience as Mayor of Solo, he said, Gibran is considered to often dwell with various innovations and collaborations in the world of creative economy and technology that require the right workforce.

"Mas Gibran really understands that the vision of Indonesia Gold in terms of downstreaming and energy, for example, will not materialize without us confirming the suitability between opportunities and readiness," he said.

Bima claims Gibran has comprehensive data on global opportunities and trends in the future. This is one of Gibran's mainstays in improving the quality of education in Indonesia is

"Mas Gibran has comprehensive data on global opportunities and trends in the future. Such as green economy & waste management, carbon trading and energy and digitalization. I am sure that Mas Gibran will be able to evaluate and then adjust our education system so that Indonesia can become the winner in 2045," said the Mayor of Bogor.

As is known, the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas compiled the 2025-2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) in support of the implementation of the 2045 Golden Indonesia Vision, realizing Indonesia as a "State of the Archipelago Sovereign, Advanced, and Sustainable".

There are five visions that are promoted, namely equivalent income for developed countries, poverty towards 0 percent and reduced inequality, leadership and influence in the international community increasing, competitiveness of human resources increasing, and the intensity of GRK emissions decreasing towards Net Zero Emission.
