Prabowo Makes Sure To Be Present At Golkar's Anniversary, Gibran Doesn't Know

JAKARTA - The Gerindra Party has confirmed that the General Chairperson who will also be a presidential candidate, Prabowo Subianto, will attend the celebration of the 59th Anniversary of the Golkar Party at the Golkar DPP office, Slipi, West Jakarta, tonight.

"If Mr. Prabowo plans to be present, God willing," said Gerindra Daily Chair Sufmi Dasco at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, November 6.

However, the Deputy Speaker of the DPR did not know whether Prabowo would later give a speech as a candidate for the presidential candidate for the Advanced Indonesia Coalition at the Golkar Anniversary. What is clear, said Dasco, is that Prabowo will be present as an invitation to the event which also invites the chairman of the KIM political party.

"I don't know the schedule for the event, but an invitation to attend, will attend," he explained. Regarding whether the vice presidential candidate Gibran Rakabuming will also be present to accompany Prabowo, Dasco also doesn't know. According to him, this can be confirmed with Gibran.

"Well, I don't know yet, maybe it can be confirmed with Mas Gibran's team," said Dasco. Meanwhile, the chairman of the DPP as well as the Chairperson of the 59th Anniversary of the Golkar Party, Ace Hasan Syadzily, said that he had not been able to confirm Gibran's presence at the anniversary of the Golkar Party which also invited the entire general chairman of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition.

According to him, Golkar is still waiting for confirmation of the Mayor of Solo in the midst of the issue of being'supposed' or joining into a banyan cadre. "Of course, until now we are still confirming the presence of the presidents and vice presidential candidates that we carry, including the chairman of KIM," Ace told reporters, Monday, November 6.
