Ganjar said his party was still looking for a good day to announce the name of his prospective companion in the 2024 presidential election.

In a meeting with Nahdlatul Ulama figure Kiai Haji Said Aqil Siradj, he also asked for advice and views related to the future vice presidential candidate.
"I am not only asking for advice from the vice president, but also about the state and nation," he said.
Meanwhile, KH Said Aqil Siradj admitted that he also asked the name of Ganjar Pranowo's companion.
"I also asked the person concerned," he said.
If Ganjar becomes president, Said hopes that the Islamic Nusantara program can be continued.
