Artist RK Policeregarding Syur Video To Polda Metro Jaya

JAKARTA - The artist with the initials RK was policed by the Indonesian Muslim Lawyers Association (ALMI) to the Polda Metro Jaya. The report relates to the circulation of immoral videos allegedly played by Rebecca Kloper.

"Regarding the making of a police report allegedly carried out by an artist or public figure with the initials RK," said ALMI representative, Zainul Arifin, to reporters, Monday, October 2.

The report was made because of the circulation of two immoral videos which were allegedly played by RK. The first video is 1 minute 58 seconds long and the second is 10 minutes 52 seconds. A

"The alleged criminal incident committed by the artist with the initials RK. The video has been spread in public spaces, so we submitted this police report on the grounds that the Polda Metro Jaya investigators could uncover this criminal incident so that it does not happen again," he said.

In that report, a number of evidences have been included, such as copies of both videos and screenshots. There is also a website address that shows the video.

Meanwhile, the report is registered with the number LP/B/5785/IX/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated September 27, 2023.

The reported party in the report is suspected of violating Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) related to the ITE Law with a threat of six years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion.

Then the Pornography Law, Article 4 in conjunction with Article 10 then related to Article 42 related to the Pornography Law with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 6 billion.

"So the multi-layered laws, the ITE Law and the Pornography Law, the ITE Law are the ones that participate, transmit, meaning that it is the one who makes and disseminates it," said Zainul.
