Transfer Of Position, Pamekasan Regent Denies Accepting ASN Deposits

PAMEKASAN - Pamekasan Regent Baddrut Tamam denied allegations of receiving money deposits from one of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the local district government (Pemkab) from the implementation of the recently held transfer of positions. The news spread on the social media platform Whatshapp (WA). The accusation was conveyed by one of the Heads of the Puskesmas who said that he every month gave a deposit to the Regent of Baddrut Tamam through his aide with the initials T.

"This is a hoax. I have never received anything from the head of the puskesmas," he said in a press statement submitted to the media in Pamekasan, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, July 2.

Baddrut suspects that the person concerned deliberately spread the fake news, because he was transferred to a new assignment and location held by the head of the puskesmas did not match the wishes of the person concerned.

The number one person in the Pamekasan Regency Government also stated that in Pamekasan, there have often been slanted issues with the aim of building distrust of leaders.

Since he served as Regent of Pamekasan, he has been committed to building the governance of the Pamekasan Regency Government in a transparent and corruption-free manner.

Therefore, various prevention efforts continue to be carried out, such as collaborating with the KPK and the Pamekasan District Attorney to oversee and monitor the use of the state financial budget in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).

"I never talk about money, let alone bribes to anyone. I make sure that during my time as regent in Pamekasan, I guarantee there will be no buying and selling positions," he said.

The mutation of ASN in the Pamekasan Regency Government was last carried out on June 27, 2023, to 176 people, including some heads of puskesmas and eight heads of offices.

Since the mutation was one of the heads of the puskesmas who were transferred, news spread in WA and admitted that they were disappointed that they had been transferred, especially since the person concerned had given money deposits every month.
