JAKARTA - Bard technology launched after the Chat GPT, may now be superior, but both will find their respective market segments.
"My prediction is that now this ChatGPT is working with Microsoft, which in terms of the search engine market is not as big as Google. Perhaps later it will dominate Bard because it has been naturally integrated with Google search engines, which until now dominates," said an AI expert from the Department of Electric Engineering and Information Technology at the Faculty of Engineering UGM, DR. "From there it will increase the use of Bard. Meanwhile, ChatGPT is integrated only in Microsoft Bing search engines so I don't really believe I can penetrate a wider market than Bard," said Sunu.
Meanwhile, in terms of performance, he assessed that Google Bard had a more natural response with a delivery style similar to human conversations.
"Thisard response is more natural in terms of ChatGPT. Textually, Bard's delivery style is more like a human conversation," he said.

Sunu said that for the same order, Bard and ChatGPT gave different responses. The ability of AI chatbots behind the Bard or ChatGPT, can both see the intention which then provides a natural response like humans.
"Bard, Google has long developed the Language Model for Dialogue Applications (LaMDA) even though it was launched less quickly than ChatGPT," he explained. According to him, although Bard is currently considered superior, this does not necessarily mean that ChatGPT will be abandoned by customers.
