Police officers arrested three sadistic stabbing perpetrators of a male student to death on Jalan KH Azhari, Seberang Ulu II, Palembang, South Sumatra.

The three were arrested by a joint team from the Jatanras Sub-Directorate of the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sumatra Regional Police and the Palembang City Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Thursday morning 23.15 WIB.
"The personnel moved quickly to learn all the clues from the evidence until finally the perpetrators were arrested in less than 24 hours," he said in Palembang, Antara, Friday, June 2.
Anwar explained that the victims and the perpetrators were members of two different groups of teenagers who were later involved in a sharp armed brawl, Wednesday (31/6) night.
The brawl between the two groups began in the Kelteng Dempo area, Seberang Ulu I then continued on Jalan KH Azhari, Seberang Ulu II Thursday (1/6) at 02.45 WIB.
The brawl was scheduled by the two groups, which were revealed after the police found video footage of their live broadcast on Instagram social media.
"The three perpetrators on Jalan KH Azhari slashed the FP victim using a sickle until he was found dead in the morning with serious injuries by residents," he said.
Even from the results of the police investigation, it is known that there are still 12 other stabbing perpetrators who are currently being hunted, including the initials B and F, residents of Seberang Ulu I.
Anwar ensured that the perpetrators would be legally processed to account for their actions.
Currently, the three perpetrators are being held in the detention room of the Palembang City Police along with evidence of a sword and sickle allegedly used to kill the FP victim as a private high school student in Palembang.
"Police investigators ensnared the three of them violating Article 80 paragraph (3) of Law number 35 of 2014 with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison," concluded Anwar.
