Three Fictitious SPK Corruptors Rp 37 Billion Sukabumi Health Office Will Soon Be Tried

Three corruptors, former officials of the Sukabumi Health Office, were examined by the power (ANTARA).

SUKABUMI - Three former Health Service (Dinkes) officials of Sukabumi Regency who are suspects in a fictitious work order (SPK) with a loss of Rp37 billion are ready to be tried at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Bandung District Court.

"The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Sukabumi District Attorney has transferred the case files to three suspects to the Corruption Court, West Java. So that currently the Public Prosecutor is waiting for the determination of the day of the trial by the Corruption Court Panel of Judges," said the Head of the Special Crimes Section (Pidsus) of the Sukabumi District Attorney's Office, Wawan Kurniawan, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 30.

According to Wawan, previously on Monday, (29/5) investigators from the Special Investigation Section of the Sukabumi District Attorney's Office were transferred by the suspect and evidence (phase II) to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Sukabumi Regency.

Then on Tuesday the Public Prosecutor's Office of Sukabumi Regency handed over the case file (phase III) to the West Java Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court. It is hoped that the three suspects in the fictitious SPK case at the Sukabumi District Health Office will soon be tried.

The three suspects in the alleged fictitious SPK case in 2016, namely Harun Alrasyid, who at that time or in 2016 served as Head of Disease Prevention and Control and Environmental Restructuring (P2PL) at the Sukabumi Regency Health Office in 2016.

Then, Saeful Ramdhan at that time served as the Head of Health Promotion at the Sukabumi District Health Office and Dian Iskandar as the Officer for the Procurement of Goods and Services for the Secretariat and the Promotion Division of the Sukabumi District Health Office in 2016.

In this case, the three of them collaborated to make financial fictitious SPK at the Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Palabuhanratu Branch Office, Sukabumi Regency. The source of the budget is the West Java Provincial Assistance Budget at the Sukabumi District Health Office for the 2016 Fiscal Year.

From the calculation results, due to the actions of these suspects, the state suffered losses of up to Rp37.3 billion according to the value of assistance disbursed by the West Java Provincial Government in 2016. The three of them have now become prisoners entrusted to the Class IIB Warungkiara Correctional Institution (Lapas), Sukabumi Regency.

The detention of these suspects was carried out to anticipate them running away or to eliminate other evidence. Sukabumi District Attorney's investigators are still developing to reveal whether any other parties were involved in this case.

The three were charged with Law Number 31 of 1999 Article 2 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended and supplemented by UURI Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to UURI Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code Subsidiary Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 UURI 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.

As amended and supplemented by UURI Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to UURI Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and or Article 9 in conjunction with Article 18 of UURI Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to UURI Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

As a result of having cost the state tens of billions of rupiah, the three suspects are threatened with serving a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
