The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Metro Jaya Police has named three people as suspects in the alleged land mafia case worth Rp1.8 trillion on Jalan Yos Sudarso, North Jakarta.
"That Unit V investigators from Sub-Directorate III Environmental Resources (Sumdaling) Ditreskrimsus have named a suspect in a case of alleged criminal act of forgery and or ordered to enter false information into an authentic deed using a deed as if it contained the truth and participated in committing an act that could be punished," said the Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Auliansyah Lubis, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 24.

Auliansyah explained that the three suspects, namely MD alias Muhammad Dawud, YS alias Yan Shofian and TP alias Tonny Permana.
"The three suspects suspected of Article 263 of the Criminal Code as intentional offenses, whether intentionally or intentionally as intended and there is no offense of negligence (culpa) in letter forgery, and Article 266 of the Criminal Code regarding ordering to enter false information with a maximum sentence of 7 years," he said.
