相互訴訟の土地所有者、パダン・シシンシン有料道路区画の解放問題81

PADANG - The West Sumatra Provincial Government (West Sumatra) explained a number of issues regarding the acquisition of 81 areas of land for the Pekanbaru-Padang Toll Road, especially the 36.15 kilometer Padang-Sicincin section.

"Of the 81 plots of land, there are various problems," said Deputy Governor of West Sumatra Audy Joinaldy in Padang as reported by ANTARA, Monday, May 22.

This was conveyed by Audy after directly observing the construction process for the Padang-Pekanbaru Toll Road, section Padang-Sicincin, together with PT Hutama Karya.

In detail, the Deputy Governor explained that the land problem started from being in the process of verification, reassessment, incomplete files, no files yet, checking at the West Sumatra National Land Agency (BPN) and is currently in a case (waiting permanent legal force).

The next problem is that people who claim to be land owners sue each other to the court, there is no news of a consignment event, there has been a reassessment, but it is still at the deliberation stage to other problems.

In general, said Audy, the West Sumatra Provincial Government cannot solve the problem of land acquisition directly. This is because the West Sumatra BPN is a leading sector.

To resolve the problem of land acquisition in the Padang-Sicincin section, West Sumatra has formed an acceleration team that coordinates with various parties so that the toll road construction is completed immediately.

The Deputy Governor said that at the beginning of the toll road construction, it could be said that the process was relatively slow. At that time, the West Sumatra Provincial Government noted that the construction of the National Strategic Project (PSN) was only around 22 percent.

"So now the increase is 73 percent," he said.

Meanwhile, Project Director of PT Hutama Karya Persero Sri Hastuti Hardiningsih said that the construction of the Padang-Sicincin section toll road is the second stage.

The construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road was stopped in the first phase due to unfinished land acquisition.
