Meanwhile, regarding the guarantee of health costs for accident patients, BPJS Kesehatan has regulated the guarantee mechanism in accordance with the applicable. Jasa Raharja will be the main guarantor who will bear the cost of treating patients up to Rp. 20 million.
Meanwhile, BPJS Kesehatan is the second guarantor to bear the difference in hospital treatment costs if it exceeds the maximum limit borne by Jasa Raharja.
Ali also explained that BPJS Kesehatan had visited and had direct dialogue with a number of patients to ensure that the services provided by the patient were running according to their rights.
