From The Ruang Makan Ke Kanvas Semangat, Gibran Leaves Sweet Messages For Ternate People's School Children
TERNATE - Vice President (Vice President) Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited the 26 Central People's School (SRMP) of the Happy Wasana Center in Ternate, North Maluku, today.
In a series of working visits to encourage students to become a tough and competitive generation.
Gibran said that the existence of schools such as SRMP 26 of the Wasana Bahagia Center has a strategic role in shaping the character of the younger generation who are disciplined, independent, and have a social spirit.
He also emphasized the importance of collaboration between teachers, the community, and local governments so that people's schools can become the birth space for a strong generation from various corners of the country.
"We want children throughout Indonesia to have the same opportunity to learn and develop," said Gibran at the location quoted from Antara, Thursday, October 16.
The visit of the Vice President brought President Prabowo Subianto's mission to expand the network of People's Schools as a form of equitable education throughout Indonesia, especially in the eastern region.
The government, said Gibran, is committed to providing equal and quality access to education for all children of the nation without exception.
In an atmosphere full of warmth, the Vice President was greeted by students who were enjoying dinner together in the school dining room. He greeted students one by one, asked about their activities, and encouraged them to stay diligent in studying.
Gibran also reviewed various school facilities, ranging from student dormitories to logistics warehouses managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The warehouse contains daily food and equipment used to support the lives of students.
"The vice president said he ate a lot," said Zahwan, a class VII student, shyly after being greeted by the vice president.

Menutup kunjungannya, Wapres menulis pesan semangat di atas kanvas bertuliskan
“Semangat Terus Sekolah Rakyat Ternate” sebagai bentuk dukungan moral bagi seluruh siswa dan pengajar di sekolah tersebut.

The atmosphere of emotion had colored the visit when Haura, a grade VII student, showed the results of a picture of Gibran's face that she had made the day before. The vice president also put a signature and wrote a simple but meaningful message
