Salesforce Releases Agentforce 2.0 With Improved Skills And Workforce

JAKARTA Salesforce launched the latest version of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, namely Agentforce 2.0. This technology is an AI systei that implements team augmentations on digital employee platforms.

Agentforce is still an autonomous AI agent, but with the addition of new features. Salesforce adds a new library featuring ready-to-use skills and the ability to integrate available workflows to simplify the customization process.

This platform is also integrated with Slack and gets increased agent-based reasoning capability and augmented retrievement (RAG) in the latest version. This improvement is expected to be able to handle complex processes and tiered tasks.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, in a statement, said that his latest AI agent model was a revolution from a digital worker platform. To support employee needs, Salesforce will add a variety of advanced and cutting-edge features.

The need for an Agentforce is increasing tremendously. None of the other companies are able to offer more complete AI solutions for the enterprises class we present," said Marc. "The presence of Agentforce 2.0 further strengthens our position.

Marc explained that Agentforce combines AI, data, applications, and automation collaborated with human resources. Therefore, this platform can support companies in developing workforce without restrictions.

There are several new capabilities that can be found on this AI platform, including taking action across applications and workingflows with MuleSoft, Tableau Skills to access analytics and insights, and Slack Actions which are directly involved in channels and conversations.

Slack Actions includes the Create Canvas and Message Channel features to create new agents that can interact. There is also the ability to access conversation data to increase response and action relevance through Slack Enterprise Search.
