JAKARTA - NTT DATA, the leader of digital business services and IT, has successfully developed a solution for Copilot in Microsoft 365, which is designed using deep learning techniques and advanced capabilities from LLMs, such as OpenAI GPT-4.

Through this solution, NTT DATA and Microsoft work together in creating new methods that can help businesses improve customer and employee experiences by revolutionizing the way companies operate by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
