JAKARTA - xAI, a startup that focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) owned by billionaire Elon Musk, will release its first AI model on Saturday 4 November.

Reporting from Engadget, this first stage is the beta phase, which is only available to selected groups. Elon Musk has also made big claims about his AI capabilities. Additionally, xAI has also signed a contract to train AI models on Oracle's cloud.

"In several important aspects, this AI product is the best of those currently available," said Elon Musk.

Elon Musk's big promises actually started from the beginning of xAI's introduction, because the real goal of xAI is to understand the true nature of the universe.

Musk didn't explain in detail what the true nature of the universe means, but it goes far beyond simple questions like those typically asked of chatbots, such as where in the hotel you should stay or what you can cook with two cucumbers and a bag of spinach.

The presence of xAI at this time may not be a coincidence. Elon Musk recently spoke at the UK's first AI safety summit. Apart from that, OpenAI will also hold its first DevDay event on November 6, 2023.
