Platform X Akan Deactivate Fitur Circle Pada 31 Oktober

Platform X, previously Twitter, wants to close the Circle or Circle feature. With this feature, a group of users with limited numbers can share posts.

The feature, which was released at the end of August 2022, will be deactivated on October 31, quoted from The Verge.X also explained that this feature cannot be used to upload posts on a predetermined date.

"After this date, you won't be able to create new posts that are limited to your circle, and you also can't add people to your circle," X wrote in his official post.

One thing you can do when the feature is deactivated is remove someone from your Circle. The method is quite easy, you only need tologin, open the account in the Circle and stop following or unfollow the account.

After unfollowing, the account will disappear from the Circle automatically. They also can't see any posts in the Circle. Even if it's a hassle, you have to re-follow these accounts if you still want to follow them.

The Circle feature itself was launched before Elon Musk took over and changed Twitter's name to X. When this feature was released, Elon Musk was trying to get out of the deal to buy Twitter.

Although it was officially explained, X did not explain the reason for the deactivation of this feature. However, considering that X already has the Compunity feature, it's no wonder that Circle was finally removed. The reason is, these two features are too similar, both of them share uploads in the community.
