Apple Will Announce iPhone 15 on September 12

JAKARTA - The technology giant Apple has announced that it will reveal its newest product, the iPhone 15, on September 12.

According to previous rumors, Apple is reportedly planning to change the charging of some of its existing iPhones with a USB-C port, the former being Lightning.

According to a TechCrunch report, the company has just sent out invites for the event, which will be held at Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino.

About a week ago, a leaker claimed that the iPhone 15 will support charging speeds of up to 35W, faster than its predecessor the iPhone 14 which only supports 20W charging.

Amazingly, this charging speed means that this upcoming smartphone can be charged from 0 to 100 percent in just one hour.

Apple is also reportedly already selling a 35W USB-C power adapter for £69, which will probably be packaged with flagship phones when it finally launches.

The X account @applehub also reveals the possibility of Apple's latest product launches, based on the previous year. According to their calculations, pre-orders for the iPhone 15 will likely be made three days after Apple's event, namely on September 15.

Three days later, Applehub predicts that Apple will release iOS 17, and the official release of the iPhone 15 device is likely to come on September 22.
