Slack Launches Canvas, New Feature To Share Content Real Time

JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 25, Slack began launching Slack Canvas, a feature that allows you to create, organize and share important information on Slack, your productivity platform.

Berdasarkan pengumumannya, Canvas merupakan sebuah tempat pengetahuan dibuat dan dibagikan ke seluruh tim. Dengan fitur ini, Anda dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi secara real time dengan tim Anda kebaik itu.

You can bring Canvas to audio and video chats to discuss it with colleagues. Just like cloud document apps, you can add comments, view changes history, and limit sharing for specific people.

Furthermore, Canvas can contain any files, including text to other apps and multimedia. For example, you can pin the button to request the company's phone number or make an IT request, right within Canvas which contains your company's policies.

The capabilities of Slack Canvas include:

Slack Canvas starts rolling out today and will be available to all Slack users in the coming months. Customers with paid packages will have access to independent and canvas canvas that exist as part of the channel and DM. Meanwhile, free users can enjoy access to canvas on the channel and DM.
