Supporting Crypto Literacy Month as a Key to Industry Growth, Tokocrypto Creates a Webinar

JAKARTA - The crypto asset industry is experiencing significant growth worldwide. While still in its infancy, crypto asset and blockchain technology could soon become a fundamental part of the future.

Therefore, crypto education and literacy has become a necessity today. Seeing the importance of these two things, Tokocrypto fully supports the 2023 Crypto Literacy Month program initiated by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendag) through the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) together with the Association of Indonesian Crypto Asset Traders (ASPAKRINDO).

Tokocrypto VP Corporate Communication, Rieka Handayani, appreciated the initiative of the Crypto Literacy Month program. According to him, increasing education and literacy is very important in growing public trust in the crypto asset industry in Indonesia.

"This program is a big step towards realizing synergies to strengthen the crypto asset industry in Indonesia. As one of the regulated crypto asset traders, Tokocrypto along with partners and stakeholders must be ready to face the challenges ahead so as to create a strong, stable and growing industry. sustainable," said Rieka.

Rieka hopes that with the Crypto Literacy Month program which runs throughout February 2023, it can present innovative educational activities that are close to customers, potential customers, the public, and stakeholders.

In an effort to support this program, Tokocrypto will hold offline and online webinars, as well as activate educational content across all social media channels.

The first online webinar will be held on February 16, 2023, with the theme “Blockchain 101.” In that first session, Tokocrypto will present speakers who are experts discussing what blockchain technology is, what are its advantages, utilization and how it is developed.
