On this website, you can see information on the availability of subsidized housing in all provinces in Indonesia. You can see information about the location of subsidized housing, data on building area, land area, type of house, number of rooms, to the name of the developer.

How to access the information is also quite easy. You only need to enter the data category of subsidized housing that you want to search for. All you have to do is choose the province and district/city locations in the column provided.

Sikumbang Website

Another service that provides information about subsidized housing is the Sikumbang website. You can access it directly via the https://sikumbang.ppdpp.id page. This website page is managed centrally by the Housing Finance Fund Management Center (PPDPP) of the Ministry of PUPR.

How to find subsidized housing information via this page is very easy. You just need to enter the Sikumbang web page. On the initial page, location options will be provided, namely: Select Province, Select District, Select Regency/City, Select Association.

The next service that you can use to find information on subsidized housing is the Sikasep application. You can download the Sikasep platform on the Playstore. Through this application, you can see information about the subsidized housing you want to find. In addition to information on subsidized housing, the Sikasep application also provides other features in the form of a subsidized mortgage loan facility.

To access this application, you must have an account first. The way to register is quite easy, you can open the application directly. The registration requirements are quite simple, you only need to prepare your KTP and NPWP.

To find the location of subsidized housing online in the Sikasep application, the steps are very easy. You just open the application. Then select the 'Home location' menu. Next, you will be directed to choose: Province, Regency/City, and District.
