JAKARTA – Microsoft Corp's LinkedIn platform announced that its app and website are working again after a brief disruption on Wednesday, September 21.

According to Downdetector, earlier in the day, nearly 15,000 users had reported problems with the social networking service.

"We're sorry. If you're having trouble viewing LinkedIn today, we're back in action," LinkedIn said in a tweet.

Downdetector tracks outages by compiling status reports from a number of sources including user-submitted errors on its platform. The outage may have affected more users.
