JAKARTA - Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. announced on Monday, May 23 local time that it had completed its combination with Zynga Inc.
Rockstar owners Take-Two revealed in January that they planned to buy Zynga in a $12.7 billion deal that was approved by the organization's respective shareholders last week.

The deal is the biggest acquisition in the history of the gaming industry. The amount even surpassed the 8.6 billion US dollars (IDR 120 trillion) from the 2016 acquisition of Tencent to buy Finnish mobile game development studio Supercell.
