Be Prepared! World Of Warcraft Expansion Reveal Will Take Place On April 19

JAKARTA - Blizzard will reveal additional details about its plans for the World of Warcraft expansion. Last month, the studio announced that the reveal of the expansion would take place online on April 19.

Then, on Tuesday, April 12, Blizzard confirmed when and where fans could watch the event. You can stream the reveal of the World of Warcraft expansion on YouTube and Twitch from 9 a.m. PDT or 11 p.m. EDT.

World of Warcraft has received a new expansion roughly every two years since its release in 2004. The last expansion took place in November 2020 in the form of Shadowlands.

World of Warcraft has sparked the imagination through a rich story and a vast world that prevails throughout the Shadowlands expansion. "With the story ending in Shadowlands, it's time to take a peek at what the heroes of Azeroth will do next," Blizzard said on Tuesday.

Wowhead reported earlier this month that the next World of Warcraft expansion could be called Dragonflight based on a clear leak. Wowhead also previously listed a few items that appeared as if they could be rewards associated with the new expansion, including a green or emerald dragon mountain.
