JAKARTA - Lone Wolves promised to inject some new content needed in the new game Halo Infinite season when it premieres on May 3.

343 Industries continues to work on features such as Campaign Co-op and Forge, as the former arrives in Season 2, while the latter arrives in Season 3. But it seems that Certain Affinity developers will have a bigger role to play in development.

On Tuesday, April 12, the studio announced that it was "deepening" in its contribution to Halo, specifically working on Halo Infinite, which has been under scrutiny for its relatively slow update speed.

"We are honored to say that we are deepening our relationship with 343 and have been entrusted with developing Halo Infinite further in several new and exciting ways," Certain Affinity wrote on Twitter.

Certain Affinity has partnered with 343 Industries for several titles and has worked on multiplayer for other entries in the series, including Halo 2: Anniversary. How that will engage further in Halo Infinite remains to be seen in the future.

A few weeks ago, it was also revealed that Microsoft and Certain Affinity are working on an Xbox-exclusive project dubbed Project Suerte.

Meanwhile, Jeff Grubb's leak on his show GrubbSnax revealed that this action game will be similar to Monster Hunter, and will be available exclusively for Xbox and Windows PC.
