Toyota Holds Alert Post Program Again, Open 24 Hours During Christmas And New Year Holidays

JAKARTA - Christmas and New Year's holidays are in sight, of course, not a few people plan to vacation with their families out of town.

Providing a sense of calm and comfort, PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) again held an annual program, namely Toyota Posko Siaga which is located at five points. In addition, 300 Toyota Bengkel Siaga continues to operate normally on Christmas holidays until the New Year 2025, to help customers who need periodic service and vehicle repairs.

"Toyota maintains customer mobility during the Christmas and New Year 2025 holidays from December 21, 2024 to January 1, 2025 by presenting 5 Toyota Alert Posts that are preparing for 24 hours and 300 Toyota Bengkel Siaga who remain open on Christmas and New Year holidays," said Marketing Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) Anton Jimmi Suwandy, in his official statement received, Saturday, December 21.

One of the locations is on the Cikampek toll road, more precisely the rest area of KM 57A which is ready to operate to serve customers. There are various facilities such as a comfortable rest room, equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, satellite TV, and automatic massage chairs, equipped with kids corner and game corner which makes children feel comfortable while waiting for car service.

Not only that, this Japanese brand also presents the conversion of All New Hilux Rangga which has been transformed into a Toyota Mobile Service (TMS) which will replace the Toyota Transmover with additional convenience such as installing accessories and treatments using Toyota Car Care (interior and exterior).

TMS provides easy periodic service and light repair in a more flexible time and location. This TMS service can be accessed by customers by booking and ordering first to the nearest dealer. Another conversion of Hilux Rangga is by reshuffling it as a Toyota EV Mobile Charging (TEMC). Relying on a safe ultra fast charging equipment when it has to be carried around every day, this high mobility multipurpose commercial car provides an EV battery charge service belonging to the Toyota BEV in an emergency situation.

"Toyota is expanding the conversion of All New Hilux Rangga into a Toyota Mobile Service (TMS) unit to provide convenience for periodic service services and light repair of Toyota cars, to customers' places and without additional costs. Replace Toyota Transmover, TMS using the All New Hilux Rangga Cab & Chassis Standard 2.4 Diesel MT which is believed to be very reliable and tough when you have to visit customers," concluded Anton Jimmi.
