Celebrating The ASEAN 2023 Summit, Hyundai Presents Superior Services

Enlivening the 2023 ASEAN Summit in Labuan Bajo, NTT, several manufacturers are trusted to provide operational cars during the event from 9-11 May.

One of them is PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) sending 117 Ioniq 5 units as operational vehicles for delegates from various countries.

In order to support and meet the mobility needs of the delegates during the summit, Hyundai provides several services consisting of Hyundai Roadside Assistance (emergency service 24 hours) and Hyundai Mobile Service.

Both services are useful for vehicle repair and maintenance purposes, including when in an emergency, and ensuring the vehicle is always in good condition.

President Director of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Woojune Cha, confirmed that Hyundai is committed to ensuring the availability of superior spare parts and services in launching mobility during the ASEAN 2023 Summit.

"This effort also confirms Hyundai's readiness to encourage the era of electrification of the Indonesian automotive industry and provide renewable mobility solutions for the community," said Woojune Cha in his official statement.

In addition to these two services, PT HMID also provides Hyundai Mobile Charging services that can help drivers reach the nearest charging station when car batteries run low.

PT HMID provides a 24-hour operating service called Hyundai Service Booth which provides six certified technicians and qualified equipment that guarantees cars receive quality maintenance and repair.

The Paspampres tasked with driving the Ioniq 5 unit were also given driving training. The training consists of knowledge about Ioniq 5, recognizing its features and functions, and the practice of driving a live vehicle.
