After The European And American Tours, Voice Of Baceprot Hopes To Be A Mobile Concert In Indonesia

JAKARTA - The achievements of Voice of Baceprot in recent years should be appreciated. The metal band from Garut has become the talk of Indonesia's metalhead, even the world.

So far, Voice of Baceprot has held a tour around Europe and America, an achievement that not all Indonesian bands can do.

Currently, the band consisting of Marsya (guitar), Siti (drums), and Widi (bass) is focusing on new works and hopes to be able to appear in Indonesia a lot

"For now, we are working on song materials, and we want to focus on Indonesia first, because in Indonesia it is difficult," said Marsya when met in Kemayoran, North Jakarta on Wednesday, November 8.

Not without reason, even though they have toured in Europe and America, Voice of Baceprot has never toured Indonesian tours.

"To Europe twice, to America once, Indonesia has not even done it at all," said Siti.

Marsya said the opportunity came first from Europe and America. With what has been passed so far, he hopes that more opportunities will appear in front of the Indonesian metalhead.

"Maybe because the opportunity first can be abroad. So we've been chasing the fastest," said Marsya.

For information, Voice of Baceprot was selected as the Best Rock Duo/Group/Collaboration at the 2022 AMI Awards.

However, they failed to repeat this success at the 2023 AMI Awards. Voice of Baceprot must recognize the superiority of Bara Suara who came home with the trophy.
