AHM Presents Update On This Irrit Honda Motorcycle

JAKARTA - Two-wheeled vehicle provider for Indonesia, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), made an update on one of its flagship stickers, New Honda Genio.

For several years, Genio was present as a motorcycle that supports the needs of consumers' lifestyles. The sticker is designed with a retro appearance with the latest color adjustments.

The compact-dimensional sticker comes with two variants, namely CBS and CBS-ISS. Each variant is updated with the latest colors and accents that make it look very interesting.

Octavianus Dwi, as Director of AHM Marketing, said that the scooter provides a stylish and compact balance in terms of design, with agile performance and more complete features.

We believe New Honda Genio can provide a pleasant driving experience and is certainly different from others," Octavianus said on the Astra Honda page, Tuesday, July 25.

In order to support the flexibility of driving, Genio's seat with the ground reaches 744 mm, as well as the wide motor floor as the driver's footing. In order to provide comfort in driving, Honda pinned a tubeless 100/90-12 tire on the front and rear 110/90-12 with 12 inches of rim.

In addition, the New Honda Genio is presented with the headlights and back of the LED. The instruments displayed are also digital as a marker of speed, fuel, and ECO indicators.

Honda also gives consumers a sense of unworriedness by presenting security features to New Genio. Some of them, Secure Key Shutter, Parking Brake Lock, Combi Brake braking, and Side Stand Switch.

Armed with an 110cc SOHC ESP (enchanced Smart Power) engine, the New Honda Genio can generate up to 8.8 dk of power and a maximum torque of 9.3 Nm which can produce fast performance and acceleration.

The machine is powered by the PGM-FI injection combustion system to maintain fuel efficiency. In order for fuel not to be wasted, Genio is presented with the ISS (Idling Stop System) feature which makes the motor engine shut down automatically when it is dismissed and can be restarted by simply turning the lever. No wonder the consumption of this motor fuel is very efficient, it is claimed to reach 59.1 km/liter so that it is able to cover a distance of up to 248 km in one full fuel filling. This machine also ensures the results of environmentally friendly combustion with the Euro 3 emission standard.

For the price, the New Honda Genio is priced starting from Rp. 19.1 million for CBS type, while the last variant is valued at Rp. 19.7 million. All of them are On The Road prices.

In the Indonesian scutik market, the New Honda Genio will be the rival of the Suzuki Nex II which is set to start at IDR 19.3 million for the Standard variant and the highest price is IDR 20.5 million for the Fantay Dynamic type.
