Postponed, Tamara Bleszynski's Wanprestasi Session Held Next Week

JAKARTA - The verdict hearing on the default case that dragged Tamara Bleszynski's name which was filed by her brother, Ryszard Bleszynski, regarding the cost of treatment for her father worth Rp. 34 billion was postponed. This was conveyed by Ryszard's attorney, Susanti Agustina at the South Jakarta District Court.

Susanti explained that the verdict hearing scheduled for today would be postponed until next week. However, the decision will be held in an e-court manner.

"So the verdict is through e-court so it is not read out in court, maybe next week," said Susanti Agustina at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 3.

Susanti admitted that her party did not know the exact reason for the trial to be postponed until next week. For him, this is the authority of the judge.

"Yes, the judge's authority, we don't know yet, it's the judge who decides, the judge is not ready or what," he continued.

Even so, Susanti said that her client hoped that later the verdict at the trial next week could be in accordance with the lawsuit filed by her client.

"Hopefully the verdict will be in accordance with the lawsuit we filed," said Susanti.

For information, this case originated from this lawsuit because Tamara was suspected of violating an agreement with Ryszard.

On December 26, 2001, Tamara agreed with Ryszard to pay for the treatment of their father of approximately Rp. 34 billion which will be borne, divided in half by Tamara and Ryszard, Zbigniew Bleszynski, at El Maria Hospital, Mountain View, California, United States.

However, until 21 years later it was discovered that Tamara had not yet imagined the cost of the treatment.
