Even Though It Has Been Proven Harassing Children, Pinkan Mambo Has Not Separated Steve Wantania

JAKARTA - Pinkan Mambo's third marriage with Steve Wantania has been in the public spotlight lately. The reason is, MA (17), Pinkan Mambo's daughter from her previous marriage admitted to being sexually harassed by her stepfather.

Pinkan Mambo said that Steve Wantania had been in prison for the past three years, after being found guilty of his treatment of the Supreme Court.

"Yes, that's right, three years ago (entered prison). Nine years (of his sentence) as far as I know," said Pinkan Mambo in Tendean, South Jakarta on Monday, July 31.

Although Steve Wantania has been found guilty of sexually abusing his daughter, Pinkan Mambo admitted that he had not divorced her third husband.

"I've been three years since he was never a wife. I'm a widow but I don't have a letter, the widow troops just hang up," said Pinkan Mambo.

It is not clear why Pinkan Mambo has yet to take care of his divorce from Steve Wantania. The former Queen's personnel actually complained about her current condition. He found it difficult to take care of his five children alone.

"I feel aggrieved here, because while he was inside I raised five of my children. My son is not just MA," he said.

When released later, Pinkan said that she would not allow her husband to return home and meet her children.

"You can't go home. Later, I can't allow him to come home. Because it's a child, according to the story of MA, he likes small children," said Pinkan.

Furthermore, Pinkan Mambo objected to his son's statement that he was not defended when sexual harassment occurred. The 42-year-old singer argued that she did not know what was happening at home because she was busy working.

"For real events, I'm not God, nor am I at the scene. So I can't supervise my child 24 hours, because I have to work every day," concluded Pinkan Mambo.
