Divorce Lawsuit Against Indra Bekti Officially Registered At Religious Courts

JAKARTA - The divorce suit filed by Aldilla Jelita against Indra Bekti has officially been registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court today, Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

This was confirmed by Taslimah as the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court. "(Aldilla Jelita's divorce suit) just got a few minutes ago, as of today, March 1, 2023," said Taslimah at Religious Court South Jakarta on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

"Aldilla Jelita as the plaintiff filed a divorce suit against her husband named Bekti Indra Tomo," she continued.

Taslimah explained that there were three points in the lawsuit, of which the first point was the lawsuit for divorce, secondly, Dhila filed for child custody and living expenses, and thirdly, what was found in her household to be resolved at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

As for what is referred to in the third point, Taslimah did not explain in detail, but she stated that this included the distribution of arbitrary assets.

For the first trial of Dhila's lawsuit against Bekti, it is planned to be held in the next two weeks. "The agenda for the first trial, God willing, yes, because this has only just entered, March 13, 2023," said Taslimah.

For the reasons of the lawsuit filed by Dhila, the South Jakarta PA Public Relations did not provide detailed reasons. "Regarding the cause, specific reasons, we cannot provide information because it is only in the process of entering into a case," she concluded.
