JAKARTA - Fall Out Boy released a new song called Heartbreak Feels So Good.
The song will appear on the Chicago-based band's eighth studio album, So Much (For) Stardust, releases on March 24.
Continuing lead single Love From The Other Side, Fall Out Boy's latest track features frontman Patrick Stump singing: “We could cry a little/ Cry a lot/ But don't stop dancing/ Don't dare stop.
“We'll cry later or cry now/ You know it's heartbreak/ We could dance our tears away/ Emancipate ourselves/ We'll cry later or cry now but baby/ Heartbreak feels so good.”
The single came with a video directed by Whitey McConnaughy in which Fall Out Boy "decided to film a prank" which "didn't go as planned".

So Much (For) Stardust was produced by Neal Avron, who was behind the desk for three of Fall Out Boy's 00s-era albums: From Under The Cork Tree (2005), Infinity On High (2007), and Folie à Deux (2008).
In previous statements about the album, Stump explained that technology had made it very easy for him to make albums much faster.
"There's nothing wrong with that, and that spontaneity can be exciting," Stump said.

"But we want to get back to the way we used to work. We want to make a recording that is really made full of love and intentional and guided patiently like someone cooking delicious food for you. I'm not a very proud person, but I'm quite proud of this album.
