Verrell Bramasta's Story About His Mother Venna Melinda's Marriage To Ferry Irawan

JAKARTA - Verrell Bramasta, Venna Melinda's eldest son from her first marriage to Ivan Fadilla, admitted that he did not know much about his mother's married life with Ferry Irawan.

The 26-year-old actor also admitted that he was shocked when he first found out about his mother's domestic violence. "To be honest, I don't know much about their marriage," said Verrell Bramasta during a visit to Deddy Corbuzier's podcast, Sunday, January 15.

Verrell even admitted that he had never been told by Venna about her marriage to Ferry which took place in March 2022. He learned about his mother's wedding plans through media coverage which was later confirmed by his younger brother, Athalla Naufal.

From the beginning knowing about Venna's wedding plans, Verrell had questioned his mother's beliefs. "Since the beginning, Mama married Om Ferry, didn't I say 'Are you sure Mama?' But whatever decision Mama makes, I will support it, because I want to see her happy," he said.

Verrell is the most protective eldest son and the bravest to say his disapproval of Venna. For that reason, Verrell was the last person in the family that Venna told about her marriage.

"Mama is a tough person, so if for example, she wants something, usually no one dares to talk except me, that's why we often argue," said Verrell.

Even so, Verrell was one of the first people contacted by Venna Melinda when the domestic violence incident in Kediri occurred. After learning about his mother's condition, Verrell, who was still on holiday in Japan, decided to return to Indonesia early to meet his mother.
