JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) itself has prepared an alternative route to Puncak Bogor, to welcome the momentum of Christmas and New Year (Nataru) 2024.

The goal is because the Puncak Bogor area is a favorite tourist destination for most people.

The road repairs in the area are carried out through the regional road inpres program or IJD 2023.

"We are increasing access to Puncak Bogor in West Java (West Java), namely the Menker Gunung Batu section, which is on the border of Cianjur Regency. So, to Puncak now there is an alternative road, which we have widened and repaired through the IJD," said Minister Basuki Hadimuljono during a working meeting with Commission V DPR RI in Jakarta, Tuesday, November 21.

Then, it also supports tourism access such as in North Sumatra, namely on the Haranggaol-Sp Salbe section.

"Then, support the connectivity of the Cisumdawu toll exit in West Java, namely the Paseh-Conggeang section," he said.
