JAKARTA - Bank DKI won an award as a Regional Partner with Superior Performance in Jakarta Through Digital Transformation Acceleration for the initiative of a digital transformation program that was consistently implemented. This appreciation was received directly by the Director of Compliance with Bank DKI, Ateng Rivai at the 2023 Regional Government Appreciation Night (APDI) which was held on Tuesday 12 September.

APDI 2023 is a collaboration between B-Universe with the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Association of Indonesian Regency Governments. Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI concurrently Acting (Plt.) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono on a separate occasion expressed his gratitude for the award given. In recent years, digitalization has been a major milestone in the development of the banking industry as an effort to provide faster, more efficient, and secure banking services.

"The initiative of Bank DKI's digital transformation, apart from aiming to expand access to finance and increase added value to products and services, is also aimed at strengthening partnerships with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder, especially support for various programs of DKI Jakarta Province as a form of support for realizing Jakarta as a global city," said Amirul.

Bank DKI continues to develop a number of digital products and services, including the JakOne Mobile application as a super app, with various features that can accommodate various daily financial transaction needs digitally, such as payments for various bills, taxes, levies, online shopping, top up electronic money and QRIS transactions.

Furthermore, in supporting the development of MSME actors, Bank DKI comes with JakOne Abank services which can provide added value for business development through an agency system. In addition, Bank DKI continues to develop digital lending applications with the aim of providing convenience in the process of applying for credit/financing.

Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, who was also present and gave a speech, said that he really appreciated the performance of regional heads who could be seen through the APDI 2023 event.

In line with that Executive Chairman of B-Universe, Enggartiasto Lukita said this event was held to appreciate the hard work of local governments as well as to trigger further innovation in their respective regions.

Furthermore, currently Bank DKI has also carried out various initiatives to expand the acceptance of card-based digital transaction products, JakCard, starting from electronic tickets on various transportation networks in the city of Jakarta, such as the JakLingko network, Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, to the latest, namely the KRL network and the Jabodebek LRT.

JakCard Bank DKI can also be used as an entry ticket at a number of tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, to payments on a number of toll roads such as Jagorawi, JORR, Bogor Outer Ring Road, inner city toll roads to the Bali-Mandara toll road.
