Realization Of LMAN Funding For PSN As Of August 2023 Capai Rp116 Trillion

JAKARTA - President Director of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Basuki Purwadi said the funding value of the National Strategic Project (PSN) which had been realized until August 25, 2023 was IDR 116 trillion.

Basui explained that this amount was the achievement of all PSN funding that had been received by his agency since its establishment with a total of Rp144.46 trillion.

"This PSN funding includes 144 National Strategic Projects throughout Indonesia," he said when met in Jakarta, Monday, August 28.

Basuki said, LMAN has a focus on procuring/procuring PSN land.

Most of the funds absorbed for the toll road sector amounted to IDR 98.10 trillion.

In a row, for the land acquisition of the dam amounting to Rp12.52 trillion, the railway line Rp3.12 trillion, the port Rp800 billion, the State Capital (IKN) Rp724 billion, irrigation Rp620 billion.

Then, the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) amounted to Rp85 billion, as well as the provision of raw water of Rp66 billion.

"All funds come from the APBN so that the National Strategic Project continues to produce real benefits for the community," he said.

For the 2023 period, he continued, the realized value that had been achieved until August was IDR 10.37 trillion, with the majority entering toll road land acquisition.

"In 2024 we received PSN funding of Rp. 15 trillion with a similar composition like this year," he said.

To note, the work scheme carried out by LMAN previously by Mayority was given as bailout funds.

This can be seen in the 2020 fiscal year with 89 percent of bailout funds. While the remaining 11 percent is in the form of direct payments.

This method then changed and now in 2023 the composition of direct payments is 91 percent and the bailout fund is only 9 percent.

"Payments made directly by LMAN are useful to help these companies maintain their cash flow so that the infrastructure development stage becomes smoother," said Basuki.
