Rionald admits that it is not easy to get buyers from these assets. The reason is, the value of the goods sold is quite jumbo. Not to mention the condition of the national economy which is still in the recovery stage after the pandemic in recent years.
"Indeed, in conditions like this, it may not be easy to find a buyer who can immediately buy up a large 'parcel' at a large cost too," he said.
