JAKARTA - PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (PRDA) has revised the cash dividend payment schedule of IDR 223 billion to be earlier. From what was scheduled for May 29, 2023, it has been advanced to May 12, 2023.

"The date for paying the cash dividend, originally scheduled for 29 May 2023, has been changed to 12 May 2023," management wrote, citing Antara, Monday, April 17.

Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) agreed to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 223 billion or 60 percent of net profit for the 2022 financial year, or the equivalent of IDR 237.9 per share.

The Main Director of Prodia, Dewi Muliaty, said that the company is consistent and committed to paying dividends every year, namely reaching 60 percent of net profit in the last three years.

"This can be achieved thanks to various test development innovations and various digital features to maximize health services through Prodia's 276 outlets spread across 34 provinces," said Dewi.

Dewi explained that the company is developing 18 new tests from the Next-Generation Lab including genomic examinations related to lifestyle and disease risk, as well as preventive and predictive tests.

In digital acceleration, she said, the company presents a subsidiary company, PT Prodia Digital Indonesia, which focuses on developing the U by Prodia application, developing Prodia Mobile for Doctors, and providing Home Service service orders with a reach of more than 1.000 locations per day throughout Indonesia.

"Throughout 2022, the number of visits will reach more than 2.8 million," said Dewi.

Furthermore, the company is building collaborations with other health service providers, including Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Alia Hospital, IHH Healthcare Malaysia, and other digital partnerships.

"As an ongoing effort, we are preparing various strategies such as expanding the network of outlets including the types of tests and services provided, implementing a customer-centric model, to emphasizing digital transformation to support Prodia's consistent performance in 2023," said Dewi.
