JAKARTA - To ensure the fulfillment of customer cash needs during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 2023, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) prepared cash worth IDR 25.80 trillion. The funds are allocated for 14 calendar days starting from April 13 to 26, 2023.
President Director of Bank BTN Nixon LP Napitupulu said the company raised the allocation of cash in the near future and after Eid Al-Fitr 2023 considering the increase in community mobility in that period. The increase in cash allocation, continued Nixon, reached 1.3 times compared to the current daily normal condition of Rp. 1.72 trillion.
"We will allocate the cash for ATM and cash machines in all BTN Bank outlets so that BTN Bank customers can make convenient transactions," Nixon explained in his statement, Sunday, April 9.
Meanwhile, as much as 30 percent of the total funds or worth Rp7.74 trillion will be used to fill the Bank BTN Cash Machine (ATM) which is spread throughout Indonesia. Then, 70 percent of the total funds or Rp18.06 trillion will be budgeted for cash in all BTN Bank office networks.
Bank BTN also carries out limited operations for several networks of the company's offices. The limited operational implementation is to continue to meet the community's needs for banking services.
Nixon added that customers can also take advantage of complete services from BTN Mobile for cashless transactions during the Eid holidays. The BTN Mobile application has complete services and is connected to the housing ecosystem which makes it easier for people to access residential-related services.
