JAKARTA - Director of Information Technology of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Timothy Utama said the Livin' by Mandiri application was downloaded by more than 20 million throughout 2022.
"Of the 20 million downloads, more than 16 million have become active users, while daily active users reach five million," he said in the Webinar Infobank A New Competitive Landscape in The Banking and Financial Sector, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, January 25.
He said that in 2022, Bank Mandiri will launch two significant features for the Livin' by Mandiri application, namely the investment feature and Livin' Sukha which integrates the ecosystem to meet the needs of a digital lifestyle.
We launched Livin' Investment or investment group to support investment growth in mutual funds. What happened in Livin', not only do we offer mutual funds, but we also democratize investment," he explained.
Through Livin' Investment, customers can invest their money starting from IDR 100,000 alone.
Meanwhile, Livin' Sukha can meet the various needs of customers related to lifestyle because it forms a lifestyle ecosystem in collaboration with 2,500 business actors in the lifestyle sector.
In the future, Livin' Sukha is expected to make Livin' a platform capable of providing customers' various lifestyle needs.
"If we look at each person on average has 15 applications to fulfill their lifestyle. With Livin' Sukha, we want the Livin' Sukha app to answer various customer needs, so customers only need to have 3 applications," he explained.
Bank Mandiri will also continue to develop digital services in the future, including those related to risk management.
"We must continue to be able to develop, continue with a very clear vision and mission, supported by strengthening capability, reliability, availability, security, and scalability. One of the most important things is to have a good risk protection," he said.
