One of Unilever Indonesia's Directors Resigns, Why?

JAKARTA - One of the directors of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) has resigned. Se is Reski Damayanti who resigned from her position as director, as of September 30, 2022.

This is as stated in the UNVR information disclosure dated October 4, 2022. The reason for Reski's resignation is for personal reasons.

"The resignation of Mrs. Reski Damayanti from her position as director of the company is effective as of October 31, 2022, due to personal reasons," explained the company's management in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday, October 6.

According to management, the resignation of the director of Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) has no significant impact on the company's operational, legal, financial conditions or business continuity.

"The holding of a general meeting of shareholders in connection with the above matters will be further informed by the company," said Unilever's management.
