Never Mind Israel Adesanya, Just Rest!

JAKARTA - Kamaru Usman gave important advice to Israel Adesa after losing his title from Sean Total. Kamaru Usman asked his village to take a break from the UFC.

The battle between Adesanya andmen took place in the middle class at UFC 293 last weekend. However, in an effort to defend the title, Adesanya actually lost surprisingly.

You could have left the game with a face full of wounds, but until the 25th minute everything went smoothly. In fact, Adesanya came out with her eyes swollen and without the UFC belt on her waist.

Watching what happened to his best friend in that match, Kamaru Usman asked The Last Stylebender to take a break from the fight.

Both Usman and Adesanya were the two of the most active champions during their UFC title race, but the former welterweight champion thought that his Adesa activities might be too much.

"I think the activity may be too much," Usman told DC & RC quoted Wednesday, September 20.

"Izzi has fought a lot. Between when I became my own champion, I found out, we fought in some pay-per-view cards. I was told to be at a point where I thought he could take a little break and I thought he could make the necessary adjustments to get out and win that fight," he said.

Di sisi lain, Kamaru Usman juga merasa aktivitasnya yang berat membuatnya merasa terlalu lelah hingga ia kehilangan gelarnya saat melawan Leon Edwards pada bulan Agustus tahun lalu. Usman juga gagal mendapatkan gelarnya kembali dalam pertandingan retulan di bulan Maret.

"Yes, I must be in a position. Honestly, if I look back now, I may be too hasty. I might have taken a little more time to rest and I was still guaranteed the opportunity to fight for the title," he recalled.

"For Israel as a competitor, I'm sure he also felt this and thought, 'No, this guy shouldn't have taken it at first,' just like I felt."

"This man shouldn't be there with me at first like I felt, so you want to get him back and remove the stain soon. If you're guaranteed that opportunity, I want to see him take a little time and enjoy life."
