Rahmad Darmawan Regarding The Incident In The Persib Bandung Vs Barito Putera Match: I Want Foreign Coaches To Educate

JAKARTA - The match between Persib Bandung and Barito Putera, which ended in a draw on Sunday, August 13, was marked by an incident involving the two coaches. Barito coach Rahmad Darmawan was involved in an argument with Bojan Hodak, Persib architect.

Rahmad Darmawan was seen arguing with certain hand movements while approaching Persib bench. Bojan Hodak also looks quite hot together.

The referee on the sidelines who saw the incident still had time to prevent unwanted things. However, Rahmad Darmawan and one of the coaching teams from Persib Bandung seemed to have received a yellow card as a result of the incident.

Rahmad Darmawan emphasized that he did not have any intentions, but only wanted to remind the coaches, including himself, to respect the referee's performance.

The reason is, Rahmad assessed that the protests carried out by the Persib Bandung team were often excessive.

"So I don't mean anything, except to remind. I want foreign coaches to come here to provide education, one thing that is positive for us to imitate, we are example, instead of being a conductor to control what we want," said Rahmad Darmawan, as quoted by Antara.

However, Rahmad Darmawan assessed that the incident was a misunderstanding until he got a yellow card. "But for me there is no problem," said Rahmad Darmawan.

The former Sriwijaya FC coach apologized for the incident. "On this occasion I also want to apologize for the incident. Really I didn't mean anything," said the man who is familiarly called RD.

It is known that Persib Bandung's match against Barito Putera ended in a 1-1 draw. Persib Bandung's goals were scored by Levy Madinda and Murilo Mendez scored for Barito Putera.

"Overall, the two teams took turns controlling each other, taking turns. When Persib was one goal ahead, they started to survive but when they were replied 1-1, they started trying to get out and changing attacks quite well. Thank God we were able to get one point in the away match," said Rahmad Darmawan.

With this result, Barito Putera occupies the top position of the Liga 1 standings with 14 points, while Persib is stuck in 16th position with eight points. Both teams have also played eight matches.
