Pisang Molen And Street Coffee Becomes 'Souvenirs' For The Argentina National Team After Returning From Jakarta

JAKARTA - The Argentina national team has completed the second FIFA Matchday agenda for the June 2023 edition against the Indonesian national team in Jakarta. When he returned to his country, Albiceleste showed off unusual 'souvenirs'.

By uploading it on the Instagram account @afaselecion, Albiceleste uploaded a short video when they were in Jakarta as a memento. In the video, you can see footage of the match and the beautiful goal against the Indonesian national team.

Interestingly, in the opening scene of the 30-second video, @afaselccion also shows something unusual. They show the atmosphere of typical Jakarta residents' activities, hawker carts bearing the sign of Pisang Molen, and street coffee traders or often called the "starling".

Accompanying this upload, Lionel Scaloni's team expressed their gratitude and hoped to have the opportunity to meet again.

The upload then received a warm welcome from netizens in the country. Apart from commenting on the video regarding the sights of Jakarta, netizens also appreciated the Argentine players who had visited Jakarta.

After facing Indonesia on the FIFA Matchday agenda, the Argentina national team will only compete again in September. The agenda that they will pass is the 2026 World Cup qualification by facing Ecuador and Bolivia.

While Indonesia will only have a qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup in October, for that agenda the national team has not yet received information about the opponents it will face.
