Ahead Of Sassuolo Vs Juventus: The Old Lady Carries Out The Mission To Extend The Neroverdi's Suffering

JAKARTA – Juventus will have an away match to Sassuolo headquarters in the continuation of Serie A this season. The Old Lady will try to prolong the host's misery.

This duel will take place at Mapei Stadium on Tuesday, April 26 midnight GMT+7 (Indonesian Time). Sassuolo will be looking to return to winning ways after last week they lost three points away to Cagliari.

"Tomorrow's game will be difficult because Sassuolo is a good technical team, in a solid position in the table but they have just lost," said Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The Old Lady brought home three important points in order to maintain their position in the top four standings. Juventus' position in the top four is still vulnerable if they lose points in away matches.

Currently, Allegri's squad sits in fourth place in the standings and five points apart from AS Roma in fifth place. There are still four games left after this so the place is still not completely safe.

"Beating Juventus would be a great result for them. So we have to be good technically otherwise we risk dropping points," said Allegri.

Dropping two points in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Bologna left Juventus with plenty to do to finish top of the table. However, it seems that the Bianconeri no longer need to expect much to win the Serie A title this season.

The reason, they are still eleven points adrift of AC Milan. Thus, their most realistic target is to maintain their current position to get a ticket to the European Champions League next season.

"The aim is to finish the season on a high, which is to finish in the top four," said Allegri.
